If you are not in the Clarksville area, please choose OUT OF TOWN TESTING CENTER and in the explanation box provide the date and time you intend to take your exam.  Most community colleges and universities have testing centers where tests can be proctored.  If the test location that is convenient to you charges a fee, you are responsible for making payment to that institution as requested.   If you are deployed active duty military without access to an education facility or personnel, alternate exam proctoring arrangements will be made.

You should bring the following things with you to the test:

1.  Print out of Confirmation Page that will appear on this screen when you click SEND FORM
2.  Photo ID
3.  Calculator (sharing not permitted)
4.  Pencils & Eraser
